A month and a half later, I still do not have them. The initial shipment brought a set of 2 curtains, where one was about 10 inches longer than the other one. There were no return labels included, so upon contacting the company's customer service, I was e-mailed return labels. I sent the product back and waited patiently for a whole month. I called the company again today, where the phone was answered in an unprofessional manner (making me think I had reached a residence and not a company) and I was told that my replacement order would ship out tomorrow. I'm probably not incorrect in my asumption that the return order had been completely forgotten. I was not given any explanations or justification for the wait time. The product in itself was certainly satisfactory, but having to wait almost two months for it due to lack of quality customer service and service overall leaves me with the inability of recomending this seller.
